I just finished this banner for Conley's birthday this coming up Saturday. This is just a glimpse. The banners are super easy and can be as elaborate or as simple as you please. 1. Cut out triangles. I made a couple of templetes out of cardboard. 2. Pin bias tape to the top. 3. Sew. 4. Done!
