Brad took Lakyn to the ER last night because she was still vomiting and had a fever of 103.6. I stayed behind because Jayce and I have another illness in which we have sore throats and coughing. Anyway, the hospital did lots of test like RSV and strep. At the end of the night, they really couldn't come up with anything. I think they did some more tests and will let us know those results soon. Brad and Lakyn got home around 1:30 am.
For now, Lakyn is taking an antibiotic. This morning she woke up with 103.1 fever. By 9am she was asking for something to eat and drink. She had 1/2 piece of toast and some 7up. So far, she has been able to keep that down for 2 hours. Currently, she is sitting on the coach eating ice and watching Mickey. I think she is feeling better. She will go to her doctor on Monday for a follow up.
