A Couple of Chicken Recipes

Both of the recipes have 4 ingredients which is MY kind of recipe. Both recipes are super easy. Both recipes are super yummy. I used boneless, skinless chicken breasts, but you can use any chicken. Enjoy!




Cranberry Chicken

1 can whole cranberry sauce
1 package onion soup mix
1 cup fat free Catalina dressing
chicken breasts

Place chicken breasts in a baking dish. In a bowl, mix sauce, mix and dressing in a medium bowl. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. The sauce is great served over brown rice.




Margarita Chicken

1 can frozen margarita mix, thawed
juice from 1 lime
3 cloves of garlic, minced
chicken breasts

Allow mix to thaw. Mix together the mix, lime juice and garlic in large bowl. Reserve 1/4 cup for basting. Put the mixture and chicken in a Ziploc bag. Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours. Spray grill with Pam, grill on each side basting as needed. Grill until temperature reaches 160 degrees.
