1 pound lean ground beef
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 can Rotel
1 package taco seaoning
1 package Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix
1 small onion, chopped (optional)
1 can pinto beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can whole corn, drained
shredded cheese
Fritos
1. Brown meat and onions. Drain.
2. Add taco seasoning and 1 can water.
3. Dump all ingredients in your crockpot. Stir.
4. Cook 1-4 hours.
5. Serve with Fritos and cheese.
We like to put the Fritos in the bottom of our bowls, add soup, and top it off with cheese. How simple! This recipe makes quite a bit, so it will easily feed a large family, company or some of your coworkers.

That's more than I put in mine. We don't put the tomatoes and just one kind of beans. But it still sounds good. And you are definitely right....everyone loves it and it's easy to make.
