Yoga.....Try it!


Last night, I tried Yoga for the very first time. As I entered the classroom, I was quite intimidated by all the very fit, young ladies and men. I entered the room with my 2 belly rolls and had at least 10 years on everyone. Although I did stumble quite a few times and had to get out of position a few times, I kept up quite well. I was really impressed with how my muscles burned, how stretched out I felt, the moments of intensity vs the moments of relaxation, and how energized I was at the end of the class. If you haven't tried yoga, I highly recommend it because it is a good workout!

I like yoga but I like pilates better, it is like yoga with a little more movent to it, I think a combination of yoga and dance? but it is one the floor with a mat too.

Anyway- yes I love the way I feel when I get off my rump and stop reading blogs all night and do it!!! haha
