I'm LAUGHING....on my birthday!

I just had to laugh when I opened up the fridge this morning and found Strawberry Shortcake hanging out with the butter. I just laughed and laughed...probably to the point of almost being delirious! What a way to start off my 35th birthday! Life sure is full of surprises. The Lord has blessed me in more ways than I can possibly count....

Thank you Lord for the first person I saw this morning, my hubby is still sweet on me. Thank you Lord for the little chubby hand that held my finger nearly all night. Thank you Lord for the nearly toothless 7 year old who wished me a happy birthday this morning without being told it was my birthday. Thank you Lord for my sweet butterfly who wanted Moma to braid her hair this morning (and the one who put Strawberry Shortcake in the fridge in the first place). Thank you for the friend who texted birthday wishes first thing this morning. Thank you for my best friend who kept my kids so I could get a much needed pedicure. Thank you for my sweet Moma for keeping me company via phone during my "me" time today (the closest we might get to getting pedicures together). Thank you for all the family and friends who have sent birthday wishes my way. Thank you Lord for these 35 years.

I'm laughing on my birthday because I'm so happy...and it is only 2pm.
