Fractured!

So, Lakyn has a broken leg! Yep, the fractured tibia was overlooked on the first set of xrays done about 10 days ago. We were sent to San Antonio yesterday morning for a cast. The fracture is in the growth plate, but the doctor said he doesn't think it will cause a problem even though there is still a slim chance. We will take Lakyn back to San Antonio in 2 weeks for removal of the cast and more xrays. Lakyn was very still and quiet during the entire day of xrays, waiting on the doctors, the drive, and the casting. She is a good little girl! She had a tough time last night getting around, but she is figuring it out. Please pray for fast and complete healing.
